Thank You for contacting us regarding your refrigerator service needs. We have received your service request and will call you within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment right away.

If your refrigerator is leaking water, we suggest turning off the water supply to the refrigerator only in order to avoid Niagra Falls. This is just a precaution and does not guarantee your fridge will stop leaking.

If your refrigerator or freezer is not cooling, you should either put your perishable food on ice inside a cooler or transfer it to a working refrigerator. If you want to SAVE FOOD and MONEY, do NOT leave perishable foods in a broken refrigerator. If we fixed it at this moment, it still takes hours to get cold.
