At A Fast Local Refrigerator Repair, we believe in clear, upfront communication. Here’s what you can expect when you schedule service with us.

Flat-Rate Pricing — No Hourly Labor Charges

AFLRR uses a flat-rate price structure for every part of the service: the house call, diagnostics, and repairs. We do not charge by the hour for any work performed. Once we’ve confirmed the cause of the problem, you’ll receive a flat-rate repair quote before any work begins. That quote covers the part(s) and the labor. Check AFLRR Flat Rate Pricing terms

If additional issues are discovered once the repair begins (whether related or not), we’ll notify you immediately and discuss next steps. Pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

FREE House Call / Estimate / Diagnostic

The house call includes a thorough appliance inspection and diagnosis of client’s stated issue at time of booking. This flat-rate fee covers technician travel and a full appliance check, for up to 90 minutes if necessary. If you approve the repair, the house call / estimate / diagnostic fee is waived so parts and labor is all you pay. Check AFLRR Free House Call terms.

After-Hours Emergency Service

Standard service hours: 8am–6pm, Monday through Saturday. You may receive urgent service outside these hours, including Sundays, based on technician availability. Check AFLRR Emergency Service terms.
After-hours visits may include additional charges. We’ll confirm these before dispatch.

$25 Repair Discount

Mention where you found us online (Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, etc.) and receive a $25 discount on completed repairs. Check AFLRR Repair Discount terms.

• Valid only on completed repairs.
• One discount per household.
• Not applicable to diagnostic-only visits.

Repair Satisfaction Guarantee

If we can’t fix the original issue after repair. Check AFLRR Repair Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

• We’ll refund the repair cost (excludes diagnostic fee).
• Applies only to the same appliance and issue reported.
• Subject to approval upon review.

2-Year Warranty on Parts and Labor

We stand by our work. All completed repairs using OEM parts supplied by AFLRR are backed by a 2-year warranty covering parts and labor. Check AFLRR Warranty terms

• Coverage applies only to work performed by A Fast Local Refrigerator Repair.
• Warranty details are listed on your service receipt.
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) part must be verified on any factory authorized appliance parts retail dealer’s website.
