I was very concerned because there was a lot of ice in the bottom of my refrigerator. As soon as I called Scott, he set up an appointment for the next day, was on time and put my mind at ease. I put in a request for service on my refrigerator Wednesday night, thru the BBB. explaining what the issue was. On Thursday morning, Scott called me and said he could come out today and give me an estimate between 3-5 pm. He arrived a little after 4:00, we talked a bit about was not working,  I thought it was a bad fan.  In about 2 minutes he had the fridge apart, and said yes,  the fan had quit working.  He went out to his truck, and came back with the fan.  20 minutes later my fridge was getting cold. These days you have to wait days for a visit,  then wait again because they never have the part because it always has to be ordered. It was a refreshing change to have the work done quickly and properly.  Scott was on time,  professional, and did a great job.  I would highly recommend him in the future.
