 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I put in a request for service on my refrigerator Wednesday night, thru the BBB. explaining what the issue was. On Thursday morning, Scott called me and said he could come out today and give me an estimate between 3-5 pm. He arrived a little after 4:00, we talked a bit about was not working,  I thought it was a bad fan.  In about 2 minutes he had the fridge apart, and said yes,  the fan had quit working.  He went out to his truck, and came back with the fan.  20 minutes later my fridge was getting cold. These days you have to wait days for a visit,  then wait again because they never have the part because it always has to be ordered. It was a refreshing change to have the work done quickly and properly.  Scott was on time,  professional, and did a great job.  I would highly recommend him in the future.

Got called to look at this LG refrigerator that was showing an ER FF error, which my client's research revealed a fan error. As it turns out, there was another minor issue that prevented the evaporator fan from rotating, which in turn caused the rime ice to accumulate, which we were easily able to resolve.
